Child Molesters, Enablermolesters - Part 6

Background:  I was born in San Francisco, raised in San Diego and went to nearly every beach park, mountain side and  Scout camp and farms/packing houses all over California.  I was beat up by my step-father from age 7-12 and molested in Scouting (I'm an Eagle Scout and disabled veteran).   I was young, depressed about the fact that I was kicked out of the house at 17 because I wouldn't go to college so I enlisted.

It seems that the VICTIMS of child sexual molestation and beating spend more time on "parole" than the perpetrators.  I use the word parole in the context of a totally dysfunctional life that rarely made sense and only by the grace of God kept me on a positive path out of prison and severe harm.  My step-father committed suicide shortly after my Mom divorced him - I was 14. To my knowledge he was never even punished for numerous spousal abuse problems with the police much less child abuse.

After the Coast Guard, I wasn't exactly welcomed at home and didn't see much potential for me in San Diego so I went to a Hindu Retreat in Nevada City, CA...other places I have lived and in surrounding towns, including golf courses, squatting in Harlem and sneaking showers in hotels and motels and several short-term homeless situations:

Adult Care Home currently - I'm fortunate to have use of a computer, they help many people cope.

In 60 years my Mom lived in 3 places.  All my family is in California.  My sister was molested also and was fortunate to get tenure at San Diego State University but suffers constantly from her childhood abuse.  And it affects her work and how people treat her.

My Mom the enablermolester, who still has possessions from college days (she's 80).  I'm happy that she is enjoying her retirement.  My life was so dysfunctional, I never had a career and spent half of it seeing doctors and taking pills.  Therapy like "you deserve better in your life", sounds good however is it realistic?  In most cases the answer is no.  Everything of sentimental value to me has long been lost, stolen or destroyed.

Was my life dysfunctinal by choice or accident?  Absolutely not, it was largely due to complete confusion about myself, how to deal with other people, lack of ability to pursue stability including substance abuse, poor impulse control, possible brain damage from childhood (I have healed fractures to show you on my CT Scan) and a total mistrust of the very people that are important in life to all of us our family.  It was only the other day that I shared everything with my Dad who I never really trusted because I didn't trust my Mom and felt like a hostage as a child, not knowing that my father knew nothing about the abuses.

So I suppose victims of child sexual molestation and beating would say "TAKE A WALK IN MY SHOES" to child molesters and enablermolesters.  Society has it's ebbs and flows and change will come to be where women enablermolesters will be placed on lifetime parole, lose custody of their kids early on, not at age 14 and wear GPS bracelets, for their complicity in the unconscionable acts that take place.  Had laws been in effect and/or followed when I was seven, I would have lived with my Dad and step-mother, who weren't abusers and my only confusion would have been, why were they so harsch on my Mom!  In hindsight, the only justice for kids is when the spouse speaks up immediately about abuse so that the child doesn't suffer for years as a child and as an adult.

The most sophisticated advocate for father's rights and the need for change regarding women I've spoken to has told me it may take two generations to get a handle on this problem of child sexual molestation and beating and especially enablermolesters because they are predominately women.  Fifty percent of children are sexually abused in India and I think that Christians, Boy Scouts and denialitis play a role in our thinking that the U.S. rate of child abuse is so much lower.  My Mom thinks my list is "interesting!" and made a point that she was going to save it.

I say, 'LOOK WHAT I WENT THROUGH!"  How do women justify their enablermolester behavior that has been going on with PRE-MEDITATION in most cases for decades that we can trace.  I remember the exact time and spot when I was punched out by my step-father and that my Mom did nothing about it.  After that it's too late - you are an  ENABLERMOLESTER!

The norms of society have allowed women to completely abuse the mother/father/child relationship when it comes to divorce also.  There is certainly a pattern of abuse by women against men and the truthfulness of their sworn testimony is to be scrutinized as coming from an enablermolester.  Why is it that the VICTIMS lead such a troubled life, including problems with authority figures and the police while the child abuser and enablermolester appear to be normal citizens, albeit with no conscience?  Why don't relatives and friends and the public speak up.   It's like an unwritten pact that we have - people still keep blacks from buying property in their neighborhoods (that was the unwritten rule in our neighborhood and my Mom sold to two gays).

Women Enablermolesters are on notice!  Some of them will be roped in soon by Chelsea's Law that Gov. Schwarzenegger signed on 9/9/10 and by about a dozen other states with similar laws.

Child Molesters, Enabler Molesters - Part 5

Women allow child sexual molestation and beating in the home.  Marriage is at an all-time low where 32% of whites are unmarried, 69% of blacks are unmarried and 50% of Hispancs are unmarried.  Only 4.3% of maternal mothers are married to step-fathers.  Women have the power to child sexual molestation and beating by speaking up and/or getting rid of the man, they don't do it.  It may cause financial hardship, but what about the kids being subjected to a hostage state and then a lifetime of confusion and pain.  Even an octopus protects its young. Why is it alright for women to have their cake and eat it too like a hedonist.  Women don't have to stay with the abusive men they have chosen and it's proven that women play the deciding role in whether or not a relationship takes place.  Do women need abusive men?  No they settle for abusive men, spousal abuse, mayhem, molestation, beating and outrageousness.
My mother was an enablermolester who after having 2 kids with my Dad, wanted 3 more with her second husband who she never should have married (she trolled for a professional to marry) because he was a violent, alcoholic, drug-addicted doctor that swore like a sailor and used me as a bartender and punching bag causing brain damage.  I could have lived with my Dad but my Mom never spoke to him and none of the close relatives and friends of the family that were aware of the situation first hand, including molestation of my sister, ever spoke up.  My sister finally ran away.  My step-father committed suicide a few years after the third child was born.
We had all the best of everything and went camping and skiing everywhere and went to fancy restaurants.  We were forced to walk around naked and swear to God that we brushed our teeth and never could eat sweets.  One time I was jay-walking to get candy and got run over by a car.  My sister and I didn't trust our mother and didn't know where to turn in our hostage-like situation.
I love my Mom and have forgiven her but don't understand her reasoning and that she was just doing the best she could and wouldn't do anything differently AND won't talk about it.  Because our family was upper middle class we appeared normal but the abuses never stopped and even when the police came for spousal abuse nothing ever happened.  I stole $20-40 per week form my step-father's fat money clip because I didn't like him.  I got involved in Scouting, became an Eagle Scout (was molested in Scouting), didn't trust people pushing me into college to "have all my questions answered" and due to draft-era, joined the Coast Guard.  I was furious they never let me have a girl-friend and my first was at 19.  After the Coast Guard I took a non-career approach to life, spending 40 years on the road, living in 100s of places and have lived in 70 places here in Hawaii over the last 20 years.  The rest of my family all stayed in the same place basicly.
What I find curious is that women have reason to hate men because of abuse as children and the fact that one in four adult women are sexually assaulted in their lifetime and yet they sit by idly and watch their kids get beaten and molested.  The Man/Woman hate causes 100s of thousands of aggravated assaults every year also.  So history repeats itself, except new laws are on the way - a dozen states have lifetime parole for aggravated child sex assault and/or repeat sex offenders and in the near future women will face stiffer penalties.  Of course women should be punished and lose custody of their kids when they don't immediately speak up about first-hand knowledge of child molestation and beating.
Women enablermolesters are not above the law.  Who causes most child sexual abuse?  Middle class Christians in my opinion and poor are targeted because of more police presence in poor ccommunities however ethnicity and economics are not barriers to drug abuse or child sexual molestation and beating.  We say that only 35% of abuse is reported and we don't really know how many kids are molested except that one in three girls are molested before 18 and one in 6 boys are molested before 18.  Fifty percent of all kids in India are sexually molested.  Our responsibity goes beyond statistics.  We don't speak up about crime and abuse then we blame the govenment for the problems in our society like one million in gangs, and 30% dropping out of high school, and many in prison that were molested as kids.
Women have a choice -  SPEAK UP!
Biblicly women were told what to do by men.  We live in the 21st century with government laws.  Perhaps the majority of this problem started when 16 million messed up veterans came home from WWII and rceived the GI Bill but no counseling.  The Baby Boomers have turned into the Christian Baby Molester Boomers.  And the current wave of returning veterans are VERY messed up.  We need adeaquate CPS workers in ALL communities, and they can't do their job without our help.  It's time for women to take responsibility for being enablermolesters.

Child Molesters, Enablermolesters, Part 4 - India, Amnesty International

More than 50 % of children in India are sexually abused.  A study conducted by Plan International also reveals physical punishment exists in Indian schools.

India has almost 19% of the world's children and one thired of India's 1 billion strong poputlation is under 18 years of age.  With 50% of the children in need of care and protection, it clearly indentifies there is a crisis.  In a Times of India news story on October 26, Ashis Ray reports that 50% of all children in India have been sexually abused.

There are no shortages of studies that indicate India is dealing with a mojor crisis that extends beyond peoples' homes.  A report by Plan International, a childrens' organization that is over 70 years old, states that India is ranked third among 13 countries of estimated cost of corporal punishment.  Plan International calculates there is a minimum of $1.4 billion lost every year in social benefits because of physical abuse in schools.  The U.S. and Brazil ranked highed.

The study also reveals that caste and gender discrimination was the major cause of violence against children in th school system.  Many children quit school because of muniliation, which includes getting hit with sticks, being tied to a chair and being forced to stand in various positions for long periods of time.  More boys than girls are subjected  to corporal punishment.

Plan International blames India's social acceptance of violence as a  form of discipline and a lack of awareness about the rights of children in India for this crisis.  In schools that were surveyed, there were at least 5  physical beatings every day.  Surprisingly many of the interviewed studens believed corporal punishment was sometimes necessary.

Molesters, Enablermolesters - Part 3, Governor Schwarzenegger

On September 9, 2010, Governor Schwarzenegger signed Chelsea's Law (CA 18-44), enacting legislation to protect California's children from predators and help locate missing children.

"My single greatest priority as governor is to protect the safety and well-being of all Californians," said Governor Schwarzenegger.  When a terrible tragedy like what  happened to Chelsea King and Amber Dubois occurs, we have to review the laws in place and see where improvements or changes can be made  to make our state safer and make it tougher on the predators who want to create victims out of innocent Californians.  I am proud to sign these bills today that will do just that."

This important legislation not only includes a One Strike life in prison for violent sex crimes against children but goes a long way towards fundamentally reforming California's parole system.  It increases sentences for forcible sex crimes, increases parole for those who target children under the age of 14; INCLUDING LIFETIME PAROLE; restricts sex offenders from entering parks; requires sex offenders' risk assessment be made  public through the Megan's Law Website; revises California's mentally disordered offender laws to provide for continued detention of offenders where evaluation and assessment deem necessary and require the state to implement a FIRST-IN-THE-NATION containment model and dynamic risk assessment structure.  It will also require law enforcement agencies to adopt a checklist for missing children and utilize a missing person form by 1/1/2012.

This ringing endorsement and signature by the Governor comes after independent legislative analysts said it would cost too much.

The Interstate Commission For Adult Offender Supervision tells me that I have to contact the Department of Corrections (interstatecompact.org) in each state to determine the lifetime parole parameters in each state.

My research (Google)  shows the following states have lifetime parole (I don't have the time or money to call every state):
Nevada
California
Massachusetts
New Jersey
Illinois
Kentucky
Alaska
New York
Iowa
Indiana
Many states have "life in prison", which can make one eligible for parole after 25 years - Hawaii is one of those states.

Interesting Case:
State of Iowa Appellee v Tripp Appellant  1/8/2010
Defendant was given lifetime parole for 3rd degree sexual abuse with a girl under age 15 and was more than four years older than she was and they were not cohabiting.
Iowa has a provision for being rleased from lifetime parole if the offender is "able and willing to fulfill the obligations of a law-abiding citizen without further supervision."

Opinion:  Not ripe for debate based upon hypotheticals.  Affirmed.

Molesters, Enablermolesters Part 2

On the National Citizens Review Panel For Child Protective Services Website, I found the remark:  "CPS is a joke in every state...they are more with getting government funding for taking children away from parents and adopting them out then protecting them or maintaining family ties"  By Darlene Keeton Dreisch and her website is  childrenhaverightstoo.com   and  childrenhaverightstoo.com/forum  Perhaps she has some valid points, however my focus is on child sexual molestation and beating reporting standards healingpleasuresmodule.com.  Kids do have rights, they should have ID tags with the CPS phone number on it so they can call the number away from home on their cellphone.  Department of Justice:  33% of girls and 14% of boys molested before the age of 18.  Age 14 and under figures are mixed in with aggravated assaults (nearly one million last year).  The government also attempts to protect women:  one in four will be assaulted in their lifetime as adults.

First of all, in my state of Hawaii CPS workers have been cut back drasticly and staff is overworked.  Where does it say in their job description that they are supposed to "maintain family ties for child molesters?"  Having been the victim of molestation and beating in my home, there was no CPS intervention to help me and my step-father was never even charged with spousal abuse.  My mother was an enablermolester who allowed the abuse to continue for years against me and my sister.  She finally ran away.  I wish I had been smart enough to call CPS when I was a kid and that they would have been there to "help me."  Once the parental figure has first-hand knowledge of child sexual abuse and severe beating and does nothing, it is too late to blame a government agency for their problems.

The issue of some abuse being ok and other abuse crossing the line has been worn out for decades.  Changing diapers and bathing a child up to an appropriate age cannot be confused with child sexual molestation and severe beatings or shaking causing head injuries.  It is ridiculous to hear parental figures complain about the govenment after what they have allowed to happen.  THERE IS NO GREY AREA ABOUT CHILD SEXUAL MOLESTATION OR CPS JOB DESCRIPTION!  i.e. 18 year old father  bashes baby's head on car door jamb (might be tried as a juvenile), "uncle" gets 20 years for sexually assaulting kids ( no penetration alleged) and female care-giver given 20 years for crippling child in her care.
Most CPS workers are over-worked in Hawaii.

The Catholic Church has paid over one billion dollars over what the Pope in April tried to call "petty gossip!"
The woman has no rights once she has ignored the abuse, in fact I believe in the very near future that women will do jail time and long parole with GPS bracelets over their roles as enablermolesters.  They also lie about what men have done and what they have done or "not done."  The one thing that hinders the issue the most is that parental figures, relatives and friends don't speak up right away and the public doesn't want to get involved, causing the reporting rate of child abuse to be approximately 35%.  It may be as low as 20%, how do we know when the majority of people don't cooperate, then blame the government.  The clergy has a major cross to bear regarding this unconscionable crime in the home and in the church.  We are a Christian nation and Christians do most of the molesting.  The stereotypical parental child sexual molester is 31 and the child is molested repeatedly over a period of years.  The child is usually under 12.  Women are child sexual molesters also.

Very sophisticated and concerned people point to the fact that there is no adequate research concerning how much child sexual molestation is done by women.  We live in a society where women are placed on a pedestal and we generally believe that only the man is capable of such atrocities.  The cavalier attitude that women have is due to the fact that they rarely if ever face punishment in a home where child sexual molestation takes place.  Even when women are accused, they are given more benefit of the doubt than men, serve a lighter sentence if at all and obviously have the belief that it's very unlikely that they will ever face punishment in a home where there is child sexual molestation and beating.  As we speak, laws are changing and will focus on women in due time.

Justice states that there are less than 3 million children sexually molested age 14 and under each year and there are 60 million kids 14 and under.  Adjusting for population which doubled from 150 million to 310 million between 1950 and 2010, I estimate that the median number of kids molested over that period for the 4.2 young generations to be at least 4 million per year or a total of at least 17 million kids kids sexually molested repeatedly over the sixty years.  The Church has admitted to thousands of cases, the Boy Scouts have admitted to thousands of cases.  The outrageous attempts to hide the abuses by the Church and the Boy Scouts (I was molested by the Boy Scouts and my relative was also) points to a much larger number of abuses by these groups.  I believe that Churches (More difficult to pin down the numbers on the Protestants) and organizations such as the Boy Scouts are sorely lacking in math skills.  In the Oregon cases the Boy Scouts presented 1000 perversion files.  In Minnesota, they actually intend to put the Pope on the stand.  By the way, I'm an Eagle Scout and disabled veteran.

There are 4 million pedophiles and we don't know where 100,000 are located.  There are supposedly 400,000 registered sex offenders.  In the state of Hawaii where the age of consent is 14 (which causes problems but the voters have upheld it), there are only 3,234 registered sex offenders (Hawaii AG) and this figure is pitifully understated.
