Child Molesters And Enablermolesters - Increased Penalties

On September 9, 2010, AB 1844 passed the house and has been signed by the governor.  It raises the penalty for severe child sexual assault from 15 to 25 years and lifetime parole, i.e. aggravated circumstances, repeat offenders, hostage and bondage  As well, these individuals would have to wear GPS bracelets

There are four million pedophiles in America.  There are 400,000 registered sex offenders.  Seventy percent of the 2000 babies killed each year are murdered by mostly young, poor, uneducated women.  It's curious to me that while women have the right to harbor hate towards men for many reasons, including being molested while young and/or raped, they allow men to sexually molest their children.   Of the 35% of cases that are reported many aren't even reported by the mothers.

The majority of all women in child abuse households are enablermolesters and deserve to be punished.  Many of them are also child molesters.  Society has given them a pass usually, i.e. post-partem depression or much lighter sentences than men.  For decades society assumes a young male "isn't bothered" by female molestation and victims in general are usually not believed when they complain of the mother molesting them.

My mother was an enablermolester and was well aware of child molestation and beating going on in her house for years.  Her remark is "I did the best I could."  "I wouldn't have done things any differently!"  She was a victim of spousal abuse.  Perhaps she was abused as a child.  Enablermolesters are the main reason that the government states that only 35% of child abuse is reported.  Most child abuse is done by parental figures, relatives or close friends, not strangers.  How can we trust the government's figures when they don't even itemize child abuse in the World Almanac - child abuse 14 and under is lumped together with aggravated assault and there is no mention of risk behavior as there is for 15 years and older.  Child abuse is not even listed in the World Almanac due to the Department of Justice Uniform Crime Reports being lumped together as assaults (nearly one million last year).  There were only 16,000 murders last year and we go nuts when there is a murder or a murder of a cop.

We have learned that some victims of serious abuse require a lifetime of care costing at least one million dollars.  The public doesn't speak up.  Victims of child molestation are tormented their whole life and some develop even more serious symptoms later in life.  The government and others suggest that about 3 million children are molested each year.  I think the figure is much higher, as high as 10 million molested children or one in five.  One in four women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime (Professor Lacewell-Harris, Princeton University).  It is incomprehensible that most men child molesters were molested as children and influenced by pornography yet only 5% of women are child molesters.

Women enablermolesters are more responsible than men for child molestation - the great contradiction is that as the primary care-giver they wouldn't molest their own child is outweighed by the fact that they enable their children to be held hostage and molested by themselves and primarily the spouses, relatives and friends in their life.  It is unconscionable to let women have a cavalier attitude and blame men, while the women watch and do nothing.  As in my household the molestation and beating is not always hidden, it spills into full view of everyone at times and it did in my home.

In the on-going saga of what is fair punishment, what is fair for women enablermolesters?  Ten years probation, twenty?, a lifetime of probation with a GPS bracelet?  They certainly should lose custody of their children who don't trust them and are afraid while growing up.

What about civil penalties?  The Catholics have already paid out billions of dollars.  Shouldn't parental
molesters and enablermolesters be liable in civil court?  Millions of children molested by parental figures, relatives and friends and a very small percentage get justice, successful treatment  or closure.

What does the future hold?  I believe women need to speak up immediately upon first-hand knowledge of child molestation or they should lose custody of their children and be placed on lengthy probation and or do jail time.
